Our mental health clinic is seeking thoughtful and experienced therapists to provide outpatient therapy services to those seeking mental health support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and committed to providing culturally responsive therapy that values diversity, inclusion, and equity. The candidate must be terminally licensed in the state of Arkansas and eligible for hire as an independent contractor. As an independent contractor, you have the opportunity to specify the specific population you prefer working with. This position is available on a 1099 contractor basis and can be either part-time or full-time.

Here's what we provide:

Flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours
Assistance with insurance credentialing
Support for billing and claims submission
A fully furnished office space
Access to HIPAA-compliant telehealth, communication, and electronic medical records platforms
Regarding compensation, we offer a 35/65 split, with 35% allocated for the practice and 65% for the clinician.
