Once you contact our office to schedule your initial session, we will guide you through the process of verifying your mental health benefits (if you plan on using insurance) to help cover the costs of therapy sessions. Fees for our services vary depending on our contracts with different insurance companies.

We understand that navigating insurance coverage can be complex, but we are here to assist you in understanding how your insurance benefits apply. Depending on your plan, insurance may cover the entire cost of services, provide a discounted contracted rate, require a standard copayment, or necessitate meeting a certain deductible before coverage is provided.

For your reference, our standard rates for services are as follows:

Initial mental health assessment: $200
One-hour therapy session: $175
One-hour couples/family therapy: $125
30-minute therapy session: $87.50
 

In addition, we offer a limited number of pro-bono slots to support individuals who may have financial constraints. We believe in making therapy accessible and will work with you to explore the options available to meet your needs.
